Our team! Your employees will get to know their Travel Experts on a 1-2-1 basis, through their personalised booking team. Should your company opt for an online booking tool, Account Managers will train bookers on these platforms to ensure they are getting the best out of their policy.

As well as your offline booking team and online support team, Business Travel by STA Travel have regionally based Business Development Managers. These managers are on hand to help with online adoption, training and offer face-to-face feedback on spend and tracking. The support continues from uptake right through to account development.
